GDH is seeking a Human Resources Manager for one of our clients in Oklahoma City, OK. The ideal candidate will have the following experience and requirements:

Job Description:

  • Administers company-wide human resources policies, procedures, and practices in accordance with stated corporate objectives and federal and state legal requirements.
  • Monitors employee eligibility for benefits plans. Reviews benefits with employees and processes enrollment, cancellation or changes. Organizes and manages annual open enrollment communications and election process. Verifies benefit billing accuracy and processes for payment. Prepares and maintains human resources and employee benefits data and reports.
  • Coordinates and administers personnel transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, and terminations.
  • Assists managers in the recruiting, selection, and hiring process including but not limited to conducting background and reference checks, preparing job confirmation letters and other internal communication.
  • Conducts investigations into claims of harassment or other company-guideline violations.
  • Conducts exit interviews with employees; communicates findings to management.
  • Time and attendance and payroll process
  • Preparing data for all time and attendance and personnel transactions such as new hire, termination, leave of absence, benefits deductions, garnishments, etc.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree. PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred
  • Working knowledge of HR laws and regulations
  • Experience in recruiting and staffing
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace
