GDH Inc. is looking for a Transportation Design Technician for one of our clients in the Oklahoma City area. The ideal Design Technician will have the following experience and requirements:

Job Description: 
  • Create drawings and design layouts and plans for the construction of highways, bridges, and roads. 
  • Create and redline plans for correction prior to engineer design review
  • Calculate dimensions, measurements, component specs, and material quantities
  • Assist Engineers with reports, schedules, and permitting
Job Requirements:
  • Associate's degree or design/drafting certificate
  • 5-7 year's experience in Transportation design 
  • AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microstation
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Detail oriented and able to work independently with little direction
